KPI Partners has been recognized in Gartner Inc.’s “Market Guide for Data and Analytics Service Providers”, published in June 2019. The report ((Document ID: G00367665) states “external support can accelerate the success of data and analytics programs, and new delivery models and modern technologies are disrupting the services market. Data and analytics leaders should evaluate and select providers both for their current expertise and emerging capabilities”. This is the second time that KPI Partners have been named by Gartner in their “Market Guide for Data and Analytics Service Providers” report.
KPI Partners’ Partner, Sid Goel said, “We believe Gartner’s inclusion of KPI Partners in their latest report reaffirms our position as a global data and analytics service provider focused on delivering tangible business value to our clients. We are very pleased to be named by Gartner again”.
In the Market Guide, Gartner notes the following regarding Servware: “In order to address specific business processes or market verticals, service providers are adding software to their services. The results are software-defined services, or “servware,” often taking the form of a platform and/or solution.”
KPI Partners’ Partner, Sid Goel said, “Based on our client engagements and recent trends, we believe that a servware solution, such as our KPI Cloud Analytics, along with a technology and business consulting approach is critical to the success of analytics implementation projects. KPI has invested significantly in developing KPI Cloud Analytics solution comprising of over 50 modules that not only reduces the deployment time and costs – sometimes by as much as 75% - but also improves the time-to-value, for customers”. Nataraj Shekhar of Syneos Health notes the following: “Syneos partnered with KPI Partners who delivered their KPI Cloud Analytics for Financials and Projects successfully at Syneos, saving Syneos significant time and money over a custom approach. We would recommend that all customers consider this solution when evaluating analytic options for ERP and CRM data sources such as Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle ERP cloud, Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft and Salesforce.”
Gartner also notes, “The market is moving from implementing standard software through delivery and development of labor-based services toward buying customizable software and automated services. This can potentially mean dealing with a single vendor that is a service provider, software developer, technology innovator and ecosystem enabler all in one.”
KPI Partners’ Partner, Kusal Swarnakar said, “We have delivered our KPI Cloud Analytics for Retail solution at a leading retailer on a subscription basis for over 5 years. KPI developed the software, implemented it and supports it all for a monthly all-inclusive subscription fee”
