Audatex needed to increase customer retention in a very competitive market place by adding more value to the insurance claims data it was collecting and processing for its insurance company customers.
The existing Cognos application could not provide the detailed information on individual claims and had no mapping capability for highly geographic claim data.
Solution
KPI’s team worked with Audatex to design the warehouse data model, create OBIEE metadata reports and dashboards and integrate the application with Oracle Mapviewer in a highly secure, extranet environment.
The result was an industry-leading BI application that leapfrogged Audatex’s competitors and was recognized by Audatex’s CEO as one of the top applications of the year.
