The project involved the implementation of Oracle Order Management Analytics against a Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 data source.
Customizations were designed accomodate the company's product dimension and organization dimension. New metrics were added to the Sales Line Order, Backlog Lines, and Sales Cycle Line Fact tables.
Extract-transform-load (ETL) performance tuning was conducted to ensure that the ETL process could run 3 times per day in less than 30 minutes. This higher frequency of ETL loads ensured that users had up to date information.
A combination of out-of-the-box and custom reports totaled 200 reports placed within 8 dashboards. Numerous pages and drill down reports were implemented to allow users to have conversations with the data.
