CRM Marketing Analytics Using Data From Multiple Source Systems

Mercer HR is a global leader for trusted HR and related financial advice, products, and services with 18,000 employees that are based in more than 40 countries.  

Business Driver

Their business goals were to deepen relationships with clients' employees, run campaigns once or twice in a day to target various participants.  The objective also included replacement of a legacy marketing application, called ePhiphany, with Siebel Marketing, and replace SAP Business Objects reports with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) dashboards.

Results

KPI Partners built 100% customized marketing metadata and a marketing business model using a non-star schema data mart.  Segmentation was done using a combination of financial and CRM data.

This project was delivered in 12 weeks and exceeded Mercer’s expectations for functionality, performance, and user adoption.
