Hiring Process

Our process begins with resume screening and recruitment partner connects, followed by technical interview rounds that focus on conceptual and practical expertise in key skills. For engineering positions, we have a code-writing exercise. The final step is an HR interview, after which an offer may be made.

Our entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

KPI interviews are technical and interactive. If you’re applying for an analyst or engineering position, your interview will include real-time coding exercises and a live discussion of your overall problem-solving approach.

All our interviews are conducted virtually via video. We record all interviews to gather deeper insights into your thought process and candidature.

You will be in constant contact with your talent partner, who will share regular updates regarding your application.

Yes, you will be considered for other positions based on your qualifications. You also have the flexibility to apply for other open positions that suit your interest.

We hire talents through campus hiring in India, but we generally prefer hiring college graduates with prior experience in the workforce.
