start leveraging them for daily business processes, new ideas come up and new needs arise. Essentially a BI application increases the collective IQ of an organization and they become more sophisticated as they become more experienced.

Before offboarding, we receive client sign-off and approval for all agreed upon deliverables. If necessary, we will provide ongoing support for your newly implemented BI solution.

During offboarding, we work with the steering committee to determine areas of post-implementation need.  These needs could take the form of additional functionality deployment, staff augmentation, or support & maintenance planning. We also study the post production environment to prepare an application roadmap that discusses ways to reduce total cost of ownership as well as increase return on investment.
